Pepa Policy



The PEPA Policy (Policy for Employee Performance Accountability) is a three part policy that categorizes discipline.  This policy has changed multiple times since its origination.  Although there are multiple arguments about its changes, the BNSF is utilizing their current policy that was amended August 1, 2012.  Many questions have been asked as to why the BNSF is changing the policy.  Here is a copy of the Supervisor Talking Points.
